Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit https://www.mentalismpro.com (the “Site”) join our newsletter or buy our guide, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Westernmost LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, which is responsible for your information. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Information Collected When You Visit

Like most websites, the Site receives technical information from your browser when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of each request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this information to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages are read, which affiliate links are clicked and how many people join the newsletter. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you visit. Google acts as our processor. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

Your browser's storage. The Site remembers your light or dark theme choice, and whether you closed or used the newsletter sign-up box, in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device, and you can clear it from your browser settings.

Affiliate links. When you click a link to Amazon, Amazon may set its own cookies to record that the visit came from us. Amazon's use of that data is covered by Amazon's privacy notice.

The Newsletter and the Waitlist

If you join the MentalismPro newsletter or the waitlist for our guide, Mentalism Secrets, we store:

  • your email address;
  • the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up on and which form you used;
  • the exact wording you agreed to and its version;
  • the country your connection came from, your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop automated abuse;
  • whether you have confirmed your address and, if you leave, when you unsubscribed.

What we use it for. Only to send you the emails you asked for: the newsletter (techniques, routine ideas and new guides) and, if you joined the waitlist, news about Mentalism Secrets, including when it is available. We never sell or rent your email address.

Legal basis. Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Confirming your address. We may send you an email asking you to confirm your address before we send anything else. If you do not confirm, we will not send you the newsletter.

Unsubscribing. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that removes you in one click, and supports one-click unsubscribe in email apps that offer it. You can also write to us at hello@mentalismpro.com.

Where it is stored and for how long. Sign-ups are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and kept while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, we keep your email address and the date you left only so that we never email you again by mistake; you can ask us to delete it entirely. When we send email, we use an email delivery service that processes your address on our behalf only to deliver our messages.

Children. The newsletter is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their email addresses.

Buying Mentalism Secrets

When you buy our guide, Stripe processes your payment. Stripe collects your card details and billing information directly; we never see or store your card number. From Stripe we receive and keep:

  • your email address, so we can send your download links and answer you about your order;
  • the order reference, the amount, the currency, the date and, where Stripe provides it, your country;
  • the consent you gave at checkout to immediate access and to the loss of the right of withdrawal, with its date and time and the version of the wording;
  • how many times your download links have been used, to protect the files.

Legal basis. We need this information to deliver what you bought and to keep the records the law requires for sales.

Emails. Buying the guide does not sign you up to the newsletter. We only email you about your order, such as your download links or a refund.

Where it is stored and for how long. Orders are stored in the same Cloudflare database as sign-ups, and kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Stripe keeps its own records under the Stripe privacy policy.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under EU and UK data protection law and US state privacy laws, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to hello@mentalismpro.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Third-Party Sites

The Site links to other websites, including Amazon. Their privacy practices are their own; check their policies before you share information with them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects the newsletter, we will tell subscribers by email.
