These terms apply when you use https://www.mentalismpro.com (the “Site”) and when you buy our guide, Mentalism Secrets. Last updated: October 6, 2026.

Using the Site

The articles, routines and diagrams on the Site are free to read for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy them to other websites or sell them.

Mentalism is a performing art. Everything on the Site and in our guide is for entertainment and education, built on psychology, method and practice. We never claim psychic or supernatural powers, and we ask you not to claim them either. If you perform anything you learn here, you are responsible for the comfort and safety of your volunteers and your audience: stop whenever a volunteer wants to stop.

Buying Mentalism Secrets

What you buy. A digital guide in two PDF files: the book and its printable pack of cue sheets and worksheets. Nothing is shipped.

Price and payment. The price is the one shown on the Mentalism Secrets page and on the checkout page when you pay, in US dollars. During a launch offer the lower price applies to orders paid before the offer ends. If tax applies where you live, the checkout shows it before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Delivery. When your payment is confirmed, you get download links on the confirmation page and by email. Each set of links works for 7 days. You can request fresh links at any time on our download page, using the email address you paid with. To protect the files, each order has a generous download limit; if you reach it, write to us and we will help.

Your licence. The guide is copyright Westernmost LLC. Buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to keep it, read it on your own devices and print it for your own use. You may print the cue sheets and worksheets as often as you like for your own practice and performances. You may not share, upload, resell or distribute the files or printed copies.

Immediate Access, Withdrawal and Refunds

Immediate access. Mentalism Secrets is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. To deliver it straight after payment, the checkout asks you to tick a box in which you expressly ask for immediate access to the download and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You cannot complete the order without ticking it.

Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, and regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Because the download is made available to you as soon as your payment is confirmed, the right of withdrawal does not apply after your purchase.

No refunds once access is granted. As the guide is delivered in full at once, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the download has been made available.

Faulty or missing files. If a file is faulty or corrupt, will not open, or never reaches you, write to hello@mentalismpro.com or reply to your order email. We will fix the file or send it again, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full. If we refund an order, its download links stop working.

Your record. Your order email confirms the purchase details and the consent you gave at checkout, with the date and time. Keep it as your record.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live that cannot be excluded by contract, including your rights when digital content is not as described or not supplied.

Our Responsibility

We write the Site and the guide with care, but we cannot promise that any routine will work for every audience or that you will reach a particular result. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection rules, you keep the protection of those rules and can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order, and we change the date at the top whenever we update them.
